1. Aims to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order and the delivery time indicated by the company at the time of your order checkout ( as updated in the order confirmation ).
2. We deliver Malaysia wide, street names and post code must be correct and accurate.
3. The company will notify you if we are not able to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
4. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
5. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the carrier service (courier service) within a stipulated time frame for next deliveries or pick up.
6. We only use company standard packaging materials for all orders.
SHIPPING CHARGES
1. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and destination of the items in the order.
2. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holiday
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
1. Order confirmation and closing time is before 3pm from Monday to Friday
(except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
2. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next one (1) business working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
